Refund policy

All Sales are final, we do not provide any cash refunds.
You can exchange your purchase within 14 days as long as the product is in absolute original condition with tags attached/uncut and original OUTLAW packaging.
If a price is reduced during a sales promotion, exchanges will only be processed at the new, discounted price.
Items that are used or misused are not eligible for exchange.
Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 3 days of purchase. For online orders, report any damage within 3 days of delivery.
If the claim is accepted, A coupon of equal value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.
Claims and exchanges may require 1–2 weeks for processing.
Fragrances and Accessories, including jewelry, undergarments, bags, sunglasses, and belts, cannot be exchanged.

Steps to Exchange:

This service is free of cost. All you need to do is to send the products, via traceable courier company that provides tracking number and proof such as TCS or Leopards, with the original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our address, Ph# 0344-9128923, along with the following details.
1. Name__________ 2. Order number________ 3. New required product___________
4. Old product _________________5. Reason for exchange_________
After inspection, our team will dispatch the required products.

Items already exchanged, are not applicable for return/exchange.
Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.
